When I first read about the book, Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto, I wondered why I should listen to a weight lifter. After all, I did not want to get bulky, most people don’t.
As I read more and more about the book, I began to understand the reason why - education.
Finally, I was getting information about weight loss that wasn’t designed to entice me to buy another product behind my initial investment.
This book was designed to educate readers on what methods do and what method don’t work in terms of weight loss. How often do you approach weight loss like an education?
